Shadow WorK Reading

Knowing where to start with shadow work is challenging. You will receive direction on how to start your Shadow Work journey, support during the process of starting to understand your shadow, and shadow work questions for you to journal on in order to gain further insight. This is an intense session and will bring up topics such as childhood wounds, suppression, shame, and resentment. Be prepared to do self care after the reading and set aside time to take care of yourself. This reading is 7 cards.
